Congratulations to everyone who shot over two excellent Varsity weekends. Cambridge retained all three cups.
The Heslop first VIII won 1525 to 1498, while the Bentata ladies’ IV won 753 to 718. Fergus top-scored; Fergus, Barty and Katherine achieved Full Blue scores; James, Amy and Barty earned their first CUSBC Half Blues; and Kristina was awarded Club Colours. Al Clark also won the unofficial reserve shoot, 188 to 180.

Cambridge returned to the Perse the following week for the Kensington second VIII and won 1479 to 1434. Duncan’s 191 would have met the Half Blue standard in a first-team match.
The inter-collegiate Cuppers tournament ran alongside the match. Alice and Duncan of Emmanuel won with 382 ex 400, followed by Pembroke and Churchill.
